I'm Jonny, the Podcast Host of top 1% podcast The Self Esteem and Confidence Mindset (with 2.9 million downloads).

I've faced many challenges with self esteem, confidence and my mental health in my life and I know this is a challenge for a lot of people. I setup a podcast at the end of 2019 to share what I found has helped me working through some of those challenges on my growth journey with simple and actionable advice for others in both their personal and professional lives. It's an ongoing journey for me and always will be so I want to provide value and do what I love which is creating and sharing.
