“Why do I podcast?” was a question I asked myself in the beginning. Now, it makes perfect sense. In this blog, I want to share five personal benefits I’ve experienced through podcasting.
- Expression
Podcasting gives me the opportunity to express myself fully by sharing my stories and guidance. It allows me to be authentic and connect with my true self, while also impacting the right listener through the way I communicate. - Personal Growth
Listening to other podcasts, taking notes, and researching topics has significantly expanded my knowledge and awareness. Podcasting has been a powerful tool for my personal and professional growth. - Meeting Amazing People
One of the greatest joys of podcasting is having guests on the show. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some incredibly wise and accomplished individuals, like Joseph McClendon and John Demartini. These experiences have given me access to some of the top experts in the world. - Reaching Many People Without Exhaustion
Podcasting allows me to connect with countless people effortlessly. I can record an episode, and someone can listen to it wherever they are—on the go, at home, or at work—creating influence without requiring my physical presence. While 1:1 coaching has its rewards, it’s time-intensive and energy-consuming. Podcasting lets me make a broader impact more efficiently. - The Joy of Creativity
I’ve always loved creative pursuits, and podcasting combines creativity with purpose. It’s fun and fulfilling to create something of real value that resonates with others.
If you’re considering starting a podcast, I say go for it! It might feel nerve-wracking at first, but you’ll be creating a meaningful opportunity to make a positive difference in the world and impact lives.
